How semi-private training works
You get the structure and guidance of personal training in a small group. Here’s what that looks like.
Stage 1:
Get Started
Stage 2:
Train Together
Stage 3:
Keep Progressing
30 Minute Consultation
We begin with a conversation about your goals, your training history, your schedule and any injuries or niggles, so each person starts with a plan that makes sense for them.
1 Hour Partnered Sessions
Sessions are planned in advance and focus on strength and conditioning. You’ll work through your exercises alongside your partner or group, with a coach watching your technique, adjusting the challenge and keeping everyone on track.
Constant Progress
We track your progress and adjust the plan as you get stronger, so training keeps moving forward instead of repeating the same workout.
Why train in a small group?
Accountability
It’s much harder to skip a session when someone is waiting for you.
Motivation
Training with others makes the hard sets feel more doable, and more fun.
Time Efficient
Structured sessions mean no wandering the gym and no guessing.
Shared Experience
Training together with a partner, friend or colleague gives you something to look forward to in a busy week.
Expert guidance
You still get a qualified coach correcting your form and progressing your exercises.

That’s common. Exercises and loads can be adjusted for each person, so everyone works at the right level for them.
In 1-on-1 training, the whole session is built around you alone. In semi-private training you share the session with a small group, and the coaching and attention are shared too.
Tell me about it before we start so we can work around it. If you have persistent or sharp pain, please check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.
Semi-Private Training is less per session than 1 on 1 training making it a more affordable option for people looking for custom expert guidance. Price varies on the number of participants so it is best to reach out to discuss.
That varies on the individuals interested in training together. 2-4 is the usual but I can cater to larger groups of requested.
